Notts County have completed the signing of former York City midfielder Andre Boucaud for an undisclosed fee.

The 28-year-old has agreed a deal running until June 2014 after leaving Conference side Luton Town. It is believed the fee could eventually be worth more than £25,000.

Boucaud has spent the last five months on loan at Meadow Lane while scoring once in 23 games.

He previously had spells with Kettering Town, Wycombe Wanderers, Aldershot Town and Peterborough United after the Trinidad & Tobago international originally began his career at Reading.
