'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Best bar none for Barnet

The weekend visit of Barnet witnesses the release of edition nineteen of York City's excellent matchday programme 'The Citizen'.

Recent defensive loan recruit Jack O'Connell comes under the spotlight in 'Me And The Game' this time around, while winger Alex Rodman is the subject of the special feature interview.

Elsewhere, club historian David Batters recalls a true golden era in 'City Captains' in the shape of goalkeeper Roger Jones, who proudly raised the Fourth Division Championship trophy for the Minstermen back in May 1984. There's also another offering of his always stimulating '80 Years At The Crescent'.

Additionally there's a special feature on another brilliant City keeper of the past in the legendary Tommy Forgan, the wonderful custodian of York's illustrious FA Cup semi-final 'Happy Wanderers' side of 1954-55, in order to mark current shot-stopper Michael Ingham's superb achievement of 100 clean-sheets for the club.

As usual lots more besides, including Frank Ormston's latest 'City Quiz', together with regular features such as 'Face In The Crowd' and 'City Fans Abroad'; plus an 'Away Fan's View' submitted by Barnet follower Ben Whelan, which is part of five pages specially dedicated to the Bees.

Available priced at £3 from the usual selling areas of the ground.
