York City centre-back Keith Lowe is relishing the prospect of facing his former club Cheltenham Town this weekend.

"I will be passing on a few nuggets of information to try to get us a positive result" - Keith Lowe
Defender Lowe and his ex-Robins team-mate Russell Penn will be lining up against their former club after already featuring for them in the reverse fixture back in November. On that occasion the visitors twice had to come from behind to rescue
a 2-2 draw courtesy of Ryan Bowman's brace.

"I will be passing on a few nuggets of information to try to get us a positive result," Lowe told The Press. "They are a good side and have a lot of good players, both in the 11 that start and those that come off the bench, so I couldn't really single anybody out to look out for. They have a bit of everything, so we will have to be on our guard."

Meanwhile, the Wolverhampton-born stopper insists it's important to have a number of leaders in any successful side after Penn took the armband in the absence of David McGurk for the superb weekend victory at Fleetwood Town.

"You don't need just one, you need captains right through the team and I honestly think we have got that at the club because that's one of the things the gaffer has brought in," he added. "Everybody can expect to see pretty much more of what they have seen from Russ so far. He is always sharp in the tackle and likes to the keep the team ticking along by doing the simple things to get us playing."
