York City Ladies narrowly went down to a 3-2 defeat in their final pre-season friendly against Doncaster Rovers Belles Development Squad.

Megan Bramham and Katie Duckworth were both on target for the hosts while facing the emerging youngsters from the FA Women's Super League 2 title-chasers.

Rovers' senior team had already hammered London Bees 7-0 the previous day and are currently second in the table.
