York City Ladies fought back to beat rivals Hull City 3-2 at the Lakeside Sports Village on Wednesday evening.

The Minsterbelles found themselves trailing at the interval but recovered with a brace of second-half goals.

Jazz Whitwell was on target for the second successive game, while Beth Clayton and player of the game Ruth Brazier added further efforts. Sarah Owen and Rebecca Beech replied for the visitors.
