Manchester Futsal v York City Futsal

York City Futsal are taking on Super League North runners-up Manchester in the FA Futsal Cup first round at BelleVue Sports Village on Sunday afternoon (kick-off 2.30pm).

The hosts and former winners of the trophy eventually finished a dozen points behind defending champions Birmingham, who imperiously won all twelve of their league fixtures in the top-flight.

Meanwhile, newly-promoted York were equally dominant in the division directly below when romping home by exactly the same points-margin. That included then twice comfortably accounting for Manchester's Academy team.

The Minstermen also recently held fellow unbeaten title-winners Birmingham to a scoreless home draw as part of preparations for their big weekend cup tie. But now attentions are firmly fixed on the north-west.
