Minsterbelles seeking sponsors

Record seven-times County Cup winners York City Ladies are looking for sponsors ahead of the new season.

The Minsterbelles will again be attempting to reach the Women's Premier League having eventually finished sixth in the North East Regional Premier League during their latest campaign.

However, they still emerged with silverware after narrowly defeating their own successful reserves on penalties in the North Riding Cup final at Nether Poppleton in April.

Meanwhile, a further reminder the Belles are holding trials for prospective new players for the coming season at Haxby Road 3G pitch, York St John University, on the following dates:

Wednesday 21st June 2017 (evening)
Sunday 25th June 2017 (afternoon)
Wednesday 28th June 2017 (evening)
