Futsal youngster gets England call

York City Futsal's Michael Bulmer has received a call-up for the first-ever England Futsal Under-19 squad.

England face a double-header with The Netherlands at the Dutch national football centre in Ziest on 2nd and 3rd March.

The new age group team has been developed as the game continues to expand and ahead of a scheduled U19s Euros tournamant in 2019.

York City's Michael Bulmer has been called into the England Under-19 squad

Bulmer has scored twice for National Super League newcomers York this season, both arriving during a 10-4 defeat at leaders Reading Escolla back in November.

Coach Pete Valance has selected a dozen players following recent training camps being held at St George's Park, including four from Reading.

England Under-19 Squad:

James Black (Chelsea), Monty Bouttell (Cambridge United), Zac Brunt (Nottingham), Michael Bulmer (York City), Nathan Davis (Loughborough), James Dirkin (Reading Escolla), Henrique Do Carmo (Reading Escolla), Liam Hunt (London Genesis), Jared Rand (Reading Escolla), Reuben Santos (London Helvecia), Jack Walsh (Reading Escolla), Olly Whaley (Nottingham)
