Woking 1 York City 1

York City crashed back into the relegation zone with a 1-1 draw at relegation rivals Woking - and their fate is now taken out of their own hands going into the final league fixture next week.
The Minstermen slipped into costly arrears when Delano Sam-Yorke was fouled inside the area by Sean Newton and Gozie Ugwu converted from the penalty spot midway through the second-half.
However, leading scorer Jon Parkin soon equalised with his thirteenth goal since returning and following a long throw from substitute Sam Muggleton.
But crucial victories elsewhere for both Torquay United and Solihull Moors and a battling draw for Guiseley, leaves York still deep in relegation trouble.
Goalkeeper Scott Loach earlier passed a fitness test on a knee injury while defender Hamza Bencherif returned having been ineligible to face parent club Wrexham.
Shaun Rooney reverted to a bench that also included third-choice keeper Luke Simpson, with striker Scott Fenwick dropping out completely.
The visitors almost conceded immediately when danger-man Ugwo burst clear, until being thwarted by Loach and Bencherif cleared his follow-up off the line. Asa Hall had already dragged comfortably wide at the other end.
Woking's Sam-Yorke's volley was also wayward from distance and Simon Heslop's response witnessed a similar outcome, while Bencherif missed a decent opportunity when clearing the target after a knock-down by Parkin, who had already lashed across goal from an angle.
Nathan Ralph went down under Daniel Parslow's challenge inside the area but was only awarded a corner. Kane Ferdinand then headed narrowly wide from Ralph's cross before the visitors' Amari-Morgan Smith instantly curled behind from the edge of the area.
Home keeper Michael Poke was soon racing out and smothering from Vadaine Oliver following Morgan-Smith's inviting pass - but it remained level moving into the break.
Veteran striker Parkin had an early second-half free-kick from 35-yards turned over by Poke after Hall was fouled. Newton's resultant corner being glanced on by Parslow and headed wide by Morgan-Smith.
The hosts were again claiming for a spot-kick following Alex Whittle's challenge on Ferdinand, with Oliver soon blazing high at the other end. Ugwo then avoided both Newton and Parslow but shot tamely at Loach, who then blocked from Terell Thomas.
On loan Connor Hall almost slid in on Ugwu's dangerously driven cross with the home side appearing the brighter. And they were rewarded as Newton brought down Sam-Yorke and Ugwu despatched his 66th minute penalty down the middle.
Former England Under-21 international keeper Loach immediately parried over from Sam-Yorke and then claimed Jamie Jones' header from the resultant corner.
Parkin's driven free-kick from the edge of the area was deflected wide after Oliver was fouled. But the big striker still blasted a valuable equaliser with fifteen minutes remaining after a long throw into the box from newly-introduced substitute Muggleton.
That gave the visitors sudden momentum and Oliver's late effort was deflected behind before then having another firm drive blocked at his post by Poke in added time.
